Clever, but seriously.....HUH!?!

I liked that you had the viewer focused on one thing until they are forced to look again to see what they missed; that's a nice touch.

Would've liked to have a little more background though....what the heck WAS that anyway!?!

Cute, But I'm Not Sure if It Belongs Here

That stick figure must've scratched right down to his brain.
I would've liked to have seen "the main character" do something else too.

The words being the same color of the background was ok in theory, but you could hardly read the words as they went by; consider slowing down the text speed, or make the words a different color.

I'm sure you're mom will love it.
It's gonna get eaten alive on the newgrounds portal.

I love all things trek, if simply for the Shatner references. So points for that.

But there was serious lag in the picture/music department, and that was really annoying.

I would've never made the correlation between Terrorism and Cold Beverages.
I liked the animation; the characters had an original look about them.
The plot line was... missing; but it did keep me interested.

thats the main joke on the short. the fact that a lot of people blame almost everything bad on terrorism, so i decided to amp it up a bit.

even the most simple jokes can have a big backstory

But the story wasn't a story. It was a...happenstance.

My only question was if you gave Mario a Bomb in the first one, why did he not use it in the second?
Also, for the "Previously" section, the animation changed a little bit. I'm not really a big fan of when that happens, but you did add a lot more movement to this one, and it's clear that your skills have improved.

Hey Good Job

I love your take on that. I know people who are Save Energy FANATICS and when you leave a light on accidentally or turn the heater on over 70 degrees, they FREAK OUT.
^_^

I would've loved if this was longer. The animation was well drawn.
The use of sound was pretty good, but I would lower the levels a little next time; it sounded very "placed."

But still, this is an excellent First Flash.

Life is Good

Ok. That was officially one of my favorite flashes ever.
The plot and the story were very original.
The animation was fantastic.
The scenarios were realistic and the humor was well executed and appropriate.
